Unless expressly stated otherwise, BEC does not independently verify technical claims, certifications, testing results or regulatory compliance information supplied by manufacturers or suppliers.
Users remain responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their particular project, application and requirements.
Similarly, the inclusion or featuring of a project, organisation, practice, product or supplier on DesignAtlas does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by BEC.

Where you create an account, BEC may associate your use of DesignAtlas with your account in order to provide account functionality, personalise your experience, improve DesignAtlas and understand how the platform is being used.
This may include engagement with projects, articles, news, products, suppliers, categories and resources.
Information about engagement may be used to produce aggregated reporting and analytics.
This does not mean that individual users are identified to manufacturers or suppliers.
14. Ending your use of DesignAtlas
You may stop using DesignAtlas at any time and may request deletion of your account.
BEC may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns or misuse of DesignAtlas.
Some information may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup or legitimate business purposes.
